My approach to coaching is similar to my approach to life:
Keep it simple, straight-forward and honest.
Coaching is simple.
Calls are usually done over the phone or via another platform such as Zoom or Skype.
I offer a complimentary chat for anyone who is seriously considering coaching.
After the first call and we discover a fit, we move forward to create a customized plan together.
We explore with compassion, affirming what is and acknowledging openness as a pathway to wholeness.
